Please be advised that the Architectural Control Committee (ACC) application submission deadline for the month of November 2026 has been updated.

For November only, the application submission deadline has been moved from Wednesday, November 25, 2026, at 12:00 PM (noon) to Friday, November 20, 2026, at 12:00 PM (noon).

Residents planning to submit an ACC application for the month of November are encouraged to submit their applications before the revised deadline to ensure they are included for the committee's review at the ACC meeting on December 2, 2026.

Please note that this change applies only to the November 2026 submission deadline.
